Fifa has opened disciplinary proceedings against Mochudi Centre following a potential breach of FIFA Act 15 Failure to respect decision.
Last year in November FIFA ordered Mochudi Centre Chief to pay their former head coach Philani Mabhena 111 100 pula. For failing to honour a termination agreement. South African Judge Johan van Gaalen presided over the case.
Fifa head of player status then wrote to Mochudi informing them to pay the claimant, within 30 days as from date of notified of the decision. Yesterday the FIFA invited Mochudi Centre Chiefs to provide the Secretariat of the FIFA Disciplinary Committee with its position.
The meeting of the Disciplinary Committee will happen on the 11 February 2021.
