Cricket South Africa has announced that the South Africa Emerging ladies team will embark on a tour of Zimbabwe on a five-match tour later this month where they face the home country’s national team.

The visit to Zimbabwe was signed off between Cricket South Africa and Zimbabwe Cricket after finalizing all the required health and safety protocols. Zimbabwe senior ladies cricket team last played competitive cricket against Pakistan in January. However, Pakistan canceled the tour after playing only one game due to the temporary suspension of flights.

Zimbabwe ladies team are already in camp preparing for the games against a stubborn Emerging South Africa. The 50 over games are scheduled for 18, 20, 22, 24, and 26 of May in Bulawayo.
